Modifications

Your login is the e-mail address you use to create your In-memory account. You can change it by going to My Profile > Edit.

If you change your email address, it will be automatically updated for all your other contacts and In-memory confidants. You will be asked to confirm the new address by e-mail, and then you can log in with the new e-mail address.

When you create your account, your identifier is your email address and your security phrase must be at least 20 characters long.

After validating your email address by email, you must create your personal 4-digit PIN code by double validation.

The PIN code is very important and confidential, and you’ll be asked for it every time you log on to In-memory. Never give out your PIN ! You can modify it by going to your Profile > Modify, and we’ll ask you for confirmation by email to make sure it’s really your request. Then connect to the application by validating your new PIN code twice.

Your profile corresponds to the information you have entered. You can change them at any time by going to Profile > edit.
